Maar niet ALLES komt goed - en dat is ook GOED ... Dan is het maar zoals het is... We hoeven niet persé ergens aan te komen... ONDERWEG IS OOK ERGENS...
1. Getting your self esteem from others.
2. Constantly attacking and putting yourself down.
3. Thinking that others are better than you.
4. Expecting things not to turn out well.
5. Living in the past.
6. Fearing the future.
7. Being afraid of, and resisting, change.
Most people do not realize that as they continue to find things to complain about, they disallow their own physical well-being.
Many do not realize that before they were complaining about an aching body or a chronic disease, they were complaining about many other things first.
It does not matter if the object of your complaint is about someone you are angry with, behavior in others that you believe is wrong, or something wrong with your own physical body.
Complaining is complaining, and it disallows improvement.
Misunderstandings, hurt feelings, anger, frustration, sadness….so many of these negative emotions all stem from the fact that two people don’t talk to each other about things that are on their mind or weigh heavy on their heart.
It happens in the workplace, it happens in friendships, it happens in dating, it happens in families, and it happens in marriages.
It happens all of the time between just about everyone – so why don’t we fix it??
Take a long breath, instead of coming from a blaming place, hold the intention of wanting the best for yourself, for the situation and for each other.
There are many times in my life, when I could’ve thrown in the towel.
Many times in my life when I was on the floor...
when you’re on the floor,
allow anybody to pick you up
It doesn’t matter how long you stay there
make sure you pick yourself up and dust yourself down...
you take the knowledge from the experience
and you grow.

NITCH
Are your desires important enough to make you willing to face your fears?
Do you want it bad enough?
The choice is yours.
You can choose to change your attitude from resignation to commitment, from a state of fear to a state of love.
The first step is to question yourself, to literally change your internal statements to questions.
Change 'I am a failure' to 'Could I be a success?'
Change 'I am bored with my life' to 'Could I be exhilarated?'
Change 'My life doesn’t make a difference' to 'Could I make a difference in the world?
