I have no time to judge your life when I am present in mine. 

 

I don’t care to sit around talking about others and how they live. 

 

I understand that I don’t know what another person has been through. 

 

I realize that we all have walked different paths, experienced different traumas, and have been through things that no one knows about. 

 

So how could I judge anyone.

 

 I’m sure not perfect. 

And I know it’s a lot easier to talk about someone else’s life than to live your own, but what good is that. 

 

That feels like such a waste of energy to me. 

 

Any time I am mean to anyone at all, I just feel horrible about it. 

 

Being mean isn’t a good feeling and I want to use my energy being present in life and helping connect each other in love. 

 

It’s a lot easier to judge rather than try to understand and hold compassion. 

 

But judging just separates. 

 

And I want us all to be friends.

 

 

 

Addiction
